Research and development is the important guarantee for the company' s development. Now the company has 12 engineers and nearly 22 employees getting involved in research and development who are equipped with advanced test instruments and CAD design software. The development ways of new products include the one of developing independently popular products according to the market' s demands and the one of processing products in line with customers' demand or developing products in the ODM way.

Procedure/Testing Details
The company follows strictly ISO9002 quality guarantee system. The procedure of product quality guarantee is composed of the following three steps:
Incoming material quality control (IQC) We carry out a full inspection of important parts or their important characteristics. Selective inspections are conducted on important characteristics or parts. Only quality products can be used in production.
Production process quality control (PQC) We have an inspection of production lines every two hours. All semi-finished products are inspected selectively. Only qualified semi-products can enter the next working procedure.
Finished product quality control (FQC) After the full inspection of the production lines, the quality management department has a selective inspection of each batch of products again. Only qualified finished products can be stored and delivered to customers.
